At Glass-Pac we strive to offer equipment which will allow our customers the ability to produce their products at the highest possible level of efficiency and sustainability.  This is accomplished through understanding the producer’s needs.  In dealing directly with our customers we gain the opportunity to build long term relationships.  This allows for open communication and constant improvement in our product lines.

History

Glass-Pac was founded in 1984.  Our company’s mission was to design and supply ventilation and heating systems to the livestock industry, sold through farm builders and equipment dealers.

As the only Canadian manufacturer of fiberglass exhaust fans at that time, we quickly became recognized as a supplier of high quality products.  We are proud to say we continue to produce our fans today for some of the same customers of 30 plus years.

In 1991 we were presented with the opportunity to distribute ROXELL poultry feeding equipment.  As we were currently working with poultry farmers supplying ventilation and heating equipment, we made the decision to expand our business in that direction.

The decision was made to sell our products direct to producers, as well as to offer installation of our equipment.

In 1993, as our poultry equipment sales grew we connected with the company WEDA from Germany.  WEDA is well known as an innovative and leading company in all things related to pig production.  WEDA is also recognized as the world leader in liquid feeding for pigs.  Accordingly, this has become an important part of our product line.

With the addition of the Dutch company FANCOM products in 1998 we strengthened our ventilation product line to include control equipment and exhaust capability through chimneys. With this connection, we could now offer our pig and poultry customers a single source for their equipment needs.

Our company has evolved into a major supplier of livestock production equipment.  We currently have offices in Ontario, Alberta and Kentucky.

We are extremely proud of our customer base, who consist of those producers looking for the best equipment solutions for livestock production.
